We appreciate you following the Associations guidelines for architectural changes to your home and we are happy to see our homeowners improving the aesthetics and function of their homes.

If you are planning on making changes to the exterior of your home, please remember to obtain and submit an Architectural Change Request form, prior to making the change.

The Architectural Committee will review your form with regards to the standards laid out in the CC&R’s and the Rules and Regulations.

General Architectural Application

Applications must be submitted at least seven (7) business days prior to the Board Meeting, in order to be reviewed at that meeting.  Please note that incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

Complete applications that are submitted within the timeframe noted above will be reviewed at a Board Meeting, generally held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.

No dish with a diameter great than 1 meter may be installed without architectural approval.
Satellite dishes of 18 inches or less may be installed on or within a Homeowner’s individual unit without approval by the Association; however, the Association prefers the following locations for such dishes:
• Side or rear of the home
• On the backside of the roof, so as to not be visible from the street or other portions of the Common Area
• Side or back yard
The Association may request a reasonable screen to protect, enhance, and maintain the values and attractiveness of the property.  All exterior cables must be encased in molding and the molding must be painted to match the color of the building.

Each homeowner is responsible for painting of the exterior of their home.  Architectural approval is not required in you are painting the home in it's entirety.  Each home MUST be painted with the approved colors for that home's plan.

To determine the plan number for your home, please find your address on the list below, and then the colors for your specific home below.
