Teatro Homeowners Association is comprised of 91 condominiums in El Cajon. Our amenities include a pool, hot tub and large park.
Our Association is governed by a five member Board of Directors elected to office by the members of the community.
Elections are held annually with each Director serving a two year term.
Board of Directors meetings are held quarterly.
Homeowners who have issues or concerns they would like to bring before the Board must contact 360 Community Management prior to the meeting, to have their concerns added to the meeting agenda.
Routine maintenance issues can be reported to 360 Community Management at any time, and do not need to wait for a meeting.
